A: Anchor Floors provides a workmanship warranty on installation services.

  • Hard surface flooring (tile, hardwood, LVP, laminate, etc.) is covered for one (1) year from the date of completion.
  • Carpet installations are covered for two (2) years from the date of completion.

This warranty applies specifically to installation workmanship and does not cover manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, site conditions, moisture-related issues, or improper maintenance.

A: Yes. All flooring products are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty information for all products purchased is provided from the manufacturer and is typically available on the manufacturers website for future reference.

A: Product-related claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer according to their warranty guidelines. If you need assistance locating documentation or understanding the process, our team is available to help point you in the right direction.
