Anchor Floors does not provide additional express or implied warranties on materials supplied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any product-related concerns must be submitted directly to the manufacturer according to their warranty guidelines.
Warranty information for all products purchased is provided from the manufacturer and is typically available on the manufacturers website for future reference.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Within the First 15 Days
Orders cancelled or materially changed within fifteen (15) calendar days of placement are subject to:
Because materials are often ordered specifically for your project, these fees help cover supplier costs. Special order materials cannot be cancelled and are nonreturnable.
After 15 Days
All sales become final fifteen (15) days after the order date. After that time, cancellations, returns, or changes cannot be accommodated. Materials are ordered and reserved specifically for your installation schedule.

Project Completion & Final Payment
Payment Policy
Final payment is due upon completion of installation and prior to our installation team leaving the project site. This allows us to walk through the finished work with you, confirm the project meets expectations, and properly close out the installation.
